CRM數據分析員

職位描述：

工作職責：

1. 負責大型市場數據庫的數據導入及數據統計，維護及市場活動的數據分析和報告編制，商業分析。包含新的系統的部署和原有系統的升級計劃的實施

2. 根據業務部門的要求進行數據整理、統計、編制工作報告。

3. 根據公司的整體的市場的目標，配合其他相關業務部門制定并實施相應的市場活動方案

4. 作為DBA，派駐著名跨國IT公司，協助數據庫營銷經理工作。

要求：

1.計算機或相關專業本科畢業。

2.有關系型數據庫的理論基礎，精通SQL Server等大型數據庫，精通Access.Excel等應用軟件。

3.熟練使用VBA,有過開發經驗者優先。

4.具有兩年以上的數據執行或客戶關系管理數據庫管理、維護、數據分析等相關工作經驗。

5.良好的英語溝通（聽、寫、讀）能力。

6.良好的心理承受能力和獨立工作能力。

7.有微軟MCDBA、MCSE證書優先。

職位描述：

工作內容：

The primary focus of the role is to ensure that data is efficiently handled. This includes bulk data extractions, updates and loads from/to the various data repositories.

Expert user of ‘backend’ data handling tools and services like DET, SDS and other tools

Deep knowledge of the capabilities of the various data handling tools and services

Expert usage support to users,

Deep knowledge across various systems.

Perform bulk data movement/updates for the database team

Attend to any bulk data handling requests

Work with data handling supplier to execute on user requests

Ensure that routine data management tasks are executed consistently

Ensure that data handling suppliers are executing routine data management tasks as specified

Work closely with DB manager to understand & identify gaps in data management execution

Work with data handling suppliers to close these gaps

Research/investigate data sources

Understand the characteristic of the various available internal and external data sources

Advice data consumers of the correct utilization of right data, based on the business context driving the data requirements

Expert user for database tools

Deep knowledge of available data analysis and reporting tools

Escalate requirements and enhancement requests to System Manager

Perform data analysis

Fulfill routine request for database analysis

Work with System & DB manager to come out business ready data analysis support capabilities.

Data readiness requirements

Based on routine analysis requests and the various exploratory projects, work with DB & System manager and business owners to define data readiness criteria to ensure that feeder data is available and that there is integrity in the resulting analysis

Develop and publish readiness scorecards to track readiness postures

Work with DB Manager and business users to develop acquisition plans for identified data attributes

Investigate reported data anomalies

Assist DB Manager investigate any anomalies discovered in the data from the CRM systems
