職場英語：recruit 和 hire 有區別嗎

　　recruit 和 hire 都和雇傭、招募、招聘有關，但兩者還是有不同之處，身在職場闖蕩的職業人應該搞懂他們的具體含義，請仔細閱讀下面的原版英文解釋：

　　Recruiting involves defining the position and the ideal candidate and then communicating(傳達) that recruiting message, e.g. in newpaper, so that you attract the right candidate.
