中國食管癌發病區環境地球化學及相關模型的研究進展

摘要： 食管癌是一種常見的消化道疾病,在世界許多國家和地區均有發生,其中環境因素是引發地方病食管癌的重要因素.目前,模型被應用于食管癌的研究中,食管癌研究模型主要有食管癌發病率預測模型,食管癌預防模型及食管癌動物模型等.本文主要綜述了前人對中國食管癌發病區的土壤、飲用水和食物等環境地球化學因素,以及與食管癌研究相關的土壤模型和食管癌模型的研究進展. Abstract： Esophageal cancer is a common gastrointestinal disease which occurs in many countries and geographical areas worldwide.Environmental factors play an important role in causing the endemic propagation of esophageal cancer.Currently,multiple simulative models are used to study esophageal cancer.Among the main areas of research include predicting the occurrence of esophageal cancer,clinically modeling prevention of the disease and animal modeling.This paper summarizes the progress in research on environrnental geochemical factors(e.g.soil,drinking water,food,etc.)as well as the development and application of soil and various esophageal cancer models in determining their influence on the epidemiology of the disease in the areas with incidence of esophageal cancer in China. 作 者： 楊艷    楊忠芳    Paul I Palmer    YANG Yan    YANG Zhong-fang    Paul I Palmer   作者單位： 楊艷,楊忠芳,YANG Yan,YANG Zhong-fang(中國地質大學,北京,地球科學與資源學院,北京,100083)
